I am looking at buying a iphone 5 with android OS, am I able to change it to IOS?

Is it possible that the phone is jail-broken? Would I be able to change it back to IOS?
 
IDK what you're smoking lol. There is NO way to install android onto the iphone 5. What you're buying is either an iphone with a jailbroken theme or a fake iphone, ask the seller.
