...it way too overstocked? i asked something like this b4 but i dont know if i am overstocking it.
i may be getting a 25 gallon or 20 gallon fish tank(either a 24"by 12" by 20" OR a 24" by 12" by 16")
i follow the one inch of fish per gallon thingy. i will be getting this fishes...
3 cory - 2 inch each making it 6 inches all
8 neon tetra - 1 inch each making it 8 inch all
2 ghost shrimp - 1.5 inch each making it 3 inch in all
3 guppies - 2 inch each making it 6 inches in all
so altogether 23 inches of fish is that okay?
erm will a 20 gallon or 25 gallon be good to house them? and if i want to get a 20 gallon, is that okay? i will be using a 25 gallon air pump and a sponge filter for a 25 gallon i just bought.
but i kinda want to buy a 20 gallon because a 25 gallon will look funny with its height to tall. 20" you know? so if i want to house them, and get a 20 gal tank... is that okay? or should i remove the 3 guppies and left with 17 inch of fish? Oh and also, can i use a clone cycling? i have a 10 gallon set up for a year now and everything it has inside are gonna be transfered to my 25 or 20 gal tank. including the filter. but after, i am gonna add in the new filter with the old inside for bacteria to form on the new filter. and i am using the guppies first to cycle awhile
