I have the env touch.
I have purchased two ring back tones because I thought the problem was that the first one didn't work.
When I try to set it on my phone I go into manage rbt then set the one I want as my default.
Then it comes up common error 5, or something along the lines of that.
When I try to set it up online it comes up error 900.
It's getting so aggravating because I've been trying to set it since I've got the phone which was about 3 or 4 months ago.
Please help?
