I am using BitTorrent, how do i find my 'tracker name'? or create one perhaps?

am trying to sign up to a forum but it says this :

"IMPORTANT!
Please use your active tracker username and e-mail address for registration.

Your username and email address will be cross-checked against the tracker - if they don't match, then registering will fail."

can anyone help me locate my tracker name?
