I am worried about the introduction process of my ratties?

I am getting 4/5 week old baby rat tomorrow. I will be quarantining her. I already have a female ratty that is 1.5-2 years old. Her cagemate died about a month ago. She doesn't seem like she would be agressive, but I am worried about the intro process. What if they start to fight? What if they do good free ranging, but when I put them in the cage, they start to fight? What would I do? Please explain step by step what I should do :S
 
Keep two cages next to each other (touching distance) for the first week. After the first week, let them out together every day. In the third week, put them in together and they should be fine! Your little rattie sounds lovely, let me know how she gets on! ;)
