i bought a mac and my iphone is normally synced to my PC.. how can i switch over

iphone data from PC to mac? i figured the phone will wanna restore but i dont wanna lose anything. is there an easy way to do this?
 
if you bought the mac at the apple store, they might help you transfer your data/files and sync your iPhone...even if you bought it online, or from another store, i.e. Best Buy, you shuld be able to take it in to an Apple store and they will be able to help you... there might be a cost though..
