It says:

Please note that the firmware on this phone must not be changed. If you update or restore this phone with iTunes you will lose the jailbreak/unlock. We will not be able to accept a return or fix the phone if an update or restore has been performed.

What exactally does this mean?
Does this mean that i can't put music on my iphone through itunes?

The iPhone has been unlocked only with a temporary unlocking method. So you can use the specific iPhone with any GSM SIM card as usual like other iPhone models. You can put music to your iPhone through iTunes too. But you cannot update the firmware once it becomes old. If you update it you will lose the unlock. To avoid it the iPhone must be permanently unlocked.
One of the safest and easiest permanent unlocking method for an iPhone is remote unlocking service. You can get the remote unlocking service for an iPhone from Prounlocking.com at affordable cost with easy unlocking guide. This method of unlocking doesn't require a jailbreak too.
