I bought my ex a car not forever there was no writen agreement but its in my name she has had it for 3yrs help; i bought her an suv to be nice but not forever; i am in financial distress right now and need the care back its in my name; there was nothing written but i always thought if its in my name its mine; i need to get it back and sell it; is there anything wrong with that; i have talked to 2 police officers one said do it its ebezzalement and the other said i should not; i need help what can i do?
