I burned my TOUNGE on Hot chesse yesterday :(...?

I microwave a Burrito, and long story short I went to eat the cheese... and today this morning my tongue hurts. and I have these Tiny pink/red spots on my tongue Is that normal, Am I ok? Do I need to go to the Doctors? Help
