I bought a 98 BMW M3 which was not running. The previous owner told me it has electrical problem and indicated out one burn wire that connects from the relay box to the control module unit (computer box), I replaced new wire, but could not start the engine. Is there any problem with the control module unit (computer box)? or any thing else that makes the the engine won't start? I also had the ignition and key replaced (if this is the problem, how can I fix it). Thank you for your advice.
