Im 18 and for years i have been overweight and have been so self concious about myself. I always go on the weight watcher point diet then crave junk food and go off the diet. I know that i should do whats best for myself and lose the weight but i need more help with it. I want to lose atleast 5 kilos. Im 5"2 and 57 kilos. Please help.
