i cant seem to make the alarm stop on my vw gti vr6 1995?

so i am currently replaceing my heater core and had to remove my dash,and nee gaurds and other stuff but in the process i had to disconect the passanger air bag (the wire) and the wires conected to the steering colom, and the wires the travel to the doors and one door is powed and the other is manual( for now) and so thos there disconected too and then it got dark so i whent to put the car in to the garage and so went to conect the battery wire to start the car and the alarm starts going off and so i went and conected the air bad and steering colum and the doors and i left the (2) TWETER speakers on the dash disconected and i had the odmiter disconected too and reconected that and it still goes off so what im asking is (what else can make the alarm go off ???????????????????????????)
IM HELLA PISSED THAT IM CHANGEING OUT THE DARN HEATER CORE IN THE FIRST PLACE !!!

yeah that mk3 generation does that when you disconnect the battery then reconnect it. it thinks its getting stolen. just reconnect the battery then put the key in the door, turn it one way then the other. should be all good
