Hi, There are two ways to do it. A. Reset your modem if you know the settings. You will need a safety pin or a paper clip. Make sure the modem is powered on. Then put the safety pin or paper clip in the reset hole on the back panel of the modem. Put it in and press and hold for about 10 seconds. this will reset the modem to factory settings. Here is the pic that shows the reset button/hole http://ftasatellitedishreceiver.com/mofi_network_3G_router_back.jpg B: If you remember the ip that you gave to your modem then open up the browser and put that ip address or if you are not able to connect wirelessly then harwire the modem to your lan card on your computer. then Open network connectioins. There right click the LAN connection and select properties. Here highlight the tcp ip (4) and click on the properties button and there select use the following ip. Now say you gave you modem an Ip of 192.168.1.1 then give an Ip address of 192.168.1.10 and hit tab on your keyboard. This will automatically bring the subnet mask. Now click apply and o.k. Now open the browser and keyin the ip address that you gave to your modem. this would allow you to open the modem firmware. Regards Vikas vikas, jethani on skype
