I currently have a Sidekick 3 with Tmobile,can I use the sim card from my sidekick

if I switch to AT&T? I have a Tmobile sidekick 3 that died on me(not charging) and I have the option of getting another phone on the tmobile network paying full price($300) for a blackberry curve or breaching my contract($200) and moving to another carrier. Can I use the sim card from my sidekick which stores all my data and use it on a AT&T phone? if not what other option do I have to transfer the data?
