is the thing with some on picking up the hokyoku and droping it then the room is destoryed so the power of it as it detroys karakura town
 
Dude, it's just an opening. Don't think about it so hard... It probably means nothing.

Karakura Town doesn't get destroyed so you have the wrong idea. (I read the manga, everyone is safe)

What I'm curious about is why the opening showed Orihime in that background that had a "light side" and a "dark side"
