Okay so I have the LG Viewty. It's been fine for the two years I have had it.
However, about a week ago, my alarm clock which I had set went off. I needed to stop it immediately so I took the battery out. (I had to take it out a few times and put it back in).
I put it in fine but now, no matter how long I charge it, the battery sign says it's full, but will go to EMPTY in about 1 minute.
So I cannot use my phone.
Any idea what the problem is?
Do I need a new phone?
