Im 16, not so into cars...although i am becoming more interested. In January i turn 17 and Im looking to get my own car. I like utes and think this one is pretty good looking, but I have some questions!!

I can see those two holes (the red circle is where they are) on the door. Obviously that is where the person selling this car took off the old mirrors and replaced them with those little tiny ones. So how can you fix those holes? Also what is the red things inside the wheels? is that anything in particular or just apart of the wheel/mag or whatever?
