I was reading his book as mentioned ^ and he says if we got a spaceship to travel at the speed of light you could travel forward in time? He said the further you got away from the earth a day on the spaceship could be nearly a year on earth? But I do not understand how the people on earth would biologically age but you would not age at the same rate as them? All our bodies are the same right? And I still don't get how going at the speed of light would make you travel in time?
