And the estimated time for the seeding is 3 days, can I skip seeeding? what does seeding do?

seeding is uploading it to the other people out there that want to download it. Torrents work by people who have the file uploading it to people who are downloading the file. It isnt on a server somewhere, ur dling it from other people. It is frowned upon in the torrent community to not see to at least a 1:1 ratio (seed as many mb. of the file as u downloaded), but seeding more is looked at as a nice thing to do. Seed while ur not on the internet if bandwidth probs occur.

Seeding is when you share back what you took.

Whether or not seeding is required by the tracker you're using, it's very VERY impolite to "hit & run" (aka. not seed back).

Think of it this way...don't YOU want people to be seeding when YOU want to download something?
