I downloaded music off Ares and used Ashampoo burning studio to burn a cd...question?

but the quality of the CD was faint sound and kind of fuzzy. Does this have anything to do with either of those programs and if so, what should I switch to for better sound quality?

I was using limewire and CDburnerXP to download/burn before I got a new computer and the quality was fine, but limewire gave my computer bugs.

Advice greatly appreciated!:)
