...feel nauseous? Just curious did i overdose on vitamins? im having intense nausea out of no where, just following eating that combo. I had no previous food. both of these vitamins are high in B vitamins, especially B6. what should I do? I hate this feeling. Also I take daily multi vitamins with b vitamins in them. luckily i didnt take them this morning though. i did last night though. is this a vitamin overdose do you think? I cant think of any other reason to feel like this
