The problem is, it seemed to real, and it made me happy. Some days I consider running away from home (i'm 15) and starting my life new. In my dream, it started outside a house somewhere i'd never been before. My dad was telling me something and there were other people there too. The other people were telling me about a job, and I didn't understand it at all. My dad yelled at me telling me to pay attention and yelled more when I didn't understand what the people were saying. It felt like everything the people said went into my mind and then got jumbled. I also remember not being able to understand the people because half their words were english and the other half were spanish. I yelled back at my dad, "This is making no sense. I can't understand some of it because they're speaking spanish!" My dad yelled some more and said it was no excuse. I had had enough and ran out of the house. In my dream I was thinking, "I've always wanted to run away. Why stop here? Let's just go. Let's leave and never come back". So I ran until I was in the middle of a field. Then my little brother appeared randomly. I didn't want him to know I was running away, but it was like he already knew. Oddly enough, I kept walking through the field until I came to a target. (If I ever really did run away, for the first couple days I planned on hanging out at random stores like Target, or a park) Eventually I saw some friends at the target. We said hi then walked away. I thought about all I was leaving behind as I ran away from home, and was fine with it. Next thing I knew I woke up. It wasn't a nightmare, running away wasn't scary, it made me almost happy. It was like getting to see my own freedom happen without any of the danger. It almost made me want to run away in real life. Is this bad? What made me have such a real dream? I usually have dreams with random people I don't know, but in this dream I could name each person I actually knew, and their appearance was like looking at a picture. Plus I haven't had a dream that I remembered in months. Why now?
