You'll need to have someone come in and check on her feed her give her fresh water (clean and change her bedding, depending on how long you are away). Unless you are gone only 2 days then she'll be fine however longer then two days have a neighbor come in every other day (give them an extra key) or even if you know a family with a child you can pay her 10 dollars for a week to feed water and play with your hamster.
