...can i take him to court? when i was with my x i stupidly took a contract out for him in my name. he went on and on until i agreed and kind of forced me into it he got up the web page choose his tariff and phone and basically took my card and got it although i knew about it i wasn't happy but he promised and promised to pay for it i was in a state of depression at the time and couldn't be bothered to argue with him, any way he payed the first month then i found out he had cheated and got another women pregnant i was that desperate i forgave the wanker we split up shortly after and he promised he would continue to pay which he did once after numerous phone calls texts facebook messages etc asking him for the money i got lie after pay me but surprise surprise no money ive asked for the phone back and would happily pay for it if i had the goods. i don't have proof of the texts as my phone broke and erased the messages. he also convinced me to get a pay day loan for him which i am paying reluctantly !!! if i take him to the small claims court would i have a chance or do i just need to bite the bullet learn my lesson and pay for it. he has a bad criminal record if that would go in my favour is know-en to be a liar by police and many others he also soon faces prison. help this is driving me mad and i am losing sleep over it !!
