I got a ...i think its crude humor shirt...Help...?

a bought a shirt at a anime convention, normally i understand crude humor quite well.( crude humor is the best kind) but i simply have no idea what this shirt means.... it says " organic freerange pigmole"
a few friends say its really dirty but dont know why either!.
anyone get it? or am i just being a bit slow?
