I got this wrong on a chem quiz. Could anyone explain how to do it?

A 18.3 g sample of Cu metal (c = 0.39 J/g °C) is heated to 85.9 °C and then placed into a beaker containing 165 g of 10.1 °C water (c = 4.184 J/g °C). The metal and water are allowed to come to equilibrium. What is the enthalpy change for the Cu metal as it cools in the water?
