I had a weird dream regarding obsidian and my teeth?

I had a weird dream that I was walking down a busy street; I had a black peacoat on and a fluffy beige scarf. It was raining outside, and I notice that my front bottom tooth is getting loose. I go ahead and remove my tooth and I didn't feel any pain or fear at all; like as if it was no big deal. I spit the blood out and put the tooth in my pocket. I enter a cozy coffeeshop, smelling like pastries and fresh brewed coffee (so sweet!), I order a coffee and I sit down. When I sit down, I searched for my tooth in my pocket and when I took a look, it started morphing into a glowing obsidian gemstone. When it turned obsidian, my heart fluttered as if I was awash with total happiness.

And then the dream ends. Any ideas?
