I had wedding shoes dyed but now the dye is coming off when i pick up the shoes any

ideas to stop the running? I got my shoes dye and I pick them up a few days ago and could tell they waiting till the last min. to dye my shoes and now its been a few days and some of the dye is coming off when touched or worn, anyone have any ideas on how to stop the dye from coming off i have a fitting soon and don't want it to come off on the bottom of my dress.
 
I would suggest taking them to the place you had them done and insisting they fix the issue. i honestly wouldn't do anything yourself that may cause spotting or make the running worse, thus ruining them entirely. Let them fix the problem. If you don't need them re-dyed, simply take them with you, explain the problem. They can at least recommend something to seal them or do it themselves (for free of course, as they apparently didn't do it in the first place).
