I have 3 new angel fish in my fish tank. And this is about something I have noticed.?

I have noticed that one of the tail fins of the angel fish is severely damaged. It seems to have been eaten away by another fish from the tank at the pet shop. I am upset about this and I hope it will grow back, would it grow back or have I got my hopes up too high?
