I have a 1988 dodge ram 50 2.0L that won't Idle right?

Its a 2.0L with a 2bbl carb. and I ran it out of gas a week ago due to the fuel gage being wrong and ever since then it hasn't been idleing right, any seggestions please?
 
Probably sucked up some junk from the bottom of the fuel tank, and either the fuel filter is plugged or a passage in the carb is plugged.
 
it probably picked up some of the crap that was in the gas when it got low and its clogged the fuel filter up on it,try changing that and see if that helps it some.good luck.
