I have had this car for 3 years. The past two years i did not drive it. Bad distributor cap. i decided to get it going again. replaced the cap and i charged the battery over night. it has a very slow start even with a charged battery. when i jump it it is much faster almost normal. but with out jumping it it sounds like it is almost dead. then little by little it cranks faster and faster untill it finally starts up. is this a battery issue or a starting issue. It does not make a clicking sound when i turn it over. just sounds like a drained battery?
