My Fuel Filter Is Pretty Old And When I Come To A Stop Sign Or A Red Light The Engine Either Idles High Or It Starts To Surge. My Engine Doesn&#039;t Have An Idle Adjustment Screw. What Should I Do Here? First Thing I Am Doing Is Change The Fuel Filter. Oh, One Other Thing, My Distributor Is Set In Place 90 Degrees Off Rotated To The Right. I See Pics Of Honda Engines With Their Distributors Set With The Odd Shape On The Cap Facing Straight Up, You Know That Shape That Looks Like An Extra Wire Cap. On My Car It&#039;s Off Facing At 3 O&#039;clock, But The Wires Are Set For The Proper Firing Order. 1-3-4-2. I Need Help Here. Thanks.</p></blockquote><p></p>
