One day I turned off my truck and then turned it back on and my rpm and speedo were at 0 also my shift indicator light was out. The light is on right b4 I turn the key to run. My truck also won't shift when its like this but they work at random and when they do work the truck runs perfect. Could it b the starter switch not giving power to the speedo and trans or could my alternator b dying and not putting out enough power. Also by the starter switch I mean the part Thts located behind the starter itself with like an electrical block attached to it. When ever I asked people about it they got confused. Any info could help.Also all of my other gauges work</blockquote>
