the alarm keeps coming on for no reason my inside lights keep flashing and the alarm is causing the main problem because every time i open the door it goes off horn lights the works took horn fuse out just so it would shut up and there is a clicking sound coming from the front passenger side need help want crank up if alarm want shut off dont' want to have it towed to dealership need tips yes it will turn over just can't stay crank because of the anti-theft system

Try to find the fuse for the alarm and possibly disconnect that one instead of the horn fuse. I hope that helps.

If it's a factory alarm system and your remote is not working, you can still turn it off.

Use the key in the driver's door and turn it to lock, then unlock. The alarm should shut off.

Next, pull the lower dash piece off of the passenger side, and locate the black alarm box. Unplug it. If the 'clicking' sound is coming from the passenger side, that would be the alarm relay under the dash. Another way to do this would be to just reach up into the dash (passenger or driver - wherever the box is) and locate the power lines going to the box. 99% of these systems have an inline fuse less than 10" from the box. Pull that fuse, and you're good to go.

Remember, that if you pull the fuse and shut off the alarm completely, that your remote won't work, and you'll have to lock and unlock the doors with the key.

Hope this helps.
