I have a 2003 Ford ranger edge with no tow package and when I travel around 75 mph my rpm idles at 3000. Also my truck is getting only about 16-17 mpg. Is this because of the RPM problem or what? Aslo when I am traveling about 80 mph my truck feels like it is switching gears, as in the whole truck heavly shakes quickly, when I go above and below 80 mph.
