i have a 2005 lexus rx330, i need to rotate the tires, can i do this myself...

...even though it has TPMS? Also do i do the X pattern or rear to front and vice versa, without switching sides??
 
You would have to reprogram the tire pressure monitoring system or it would report the wrong location if a tire needed air. If the tires are different sizes, you can only switch sides. If the tread is directional you can't switch sides and can only rotate front to rear. Worst case is directional tread, different tire sizes - you can't rotate these at all.
 
You should be able to rotate the tires no problem, the computer will calibrate the TS as soon as you start rolling.
