wiper problem? One of the arms just barely moves an inch down and up when they should be completing a full swipe. I understand that on some of the newer cars you can take off the cap at the base of the wiper and tighten down the screw after it has become lose. However on this car it does not look like there is a cap. I have tried to take it off with some pliers but nothing works. Anyone have any ideas?
