I have a 92 Cadillac Sedan Deville and the inside lights will not turn off when

the car is off.? I have to take the fuse out for the light to turn off on the front inside of the car and unplug the battery for the lights in the back inside (the lights in the back inside the doors) to turn off. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
