so i have a ballys membership/. i have muscle milk protein shakes at home. i am 14. i would like to find a workout that doesnt envolve bench press or anything that can stun my growth. im 125 pounds btw. im asking this because everytime i go to the gym and i dont even know what to do. i just do whatever comes to mind. please help out. a nice description with what i should work on everyday and meal plans would be great. thanks a lot. i would really appreciate the help. 10 points for the most descriptive and helping answer. this is serious guyz and please help me out,
does bench press stunt your growth. because i heard since your body is not developed and you contract the bones too hard it might stunt my growth
 
Do bench-press. Who told you it can stunt your growth? Bench-pressing works some of the muscles that you probably use the most: deltoids, triceps, pectorals. You're awful young, so don't worry. Just keep doing your thing. Don't forget not to work the same muscle group 2 days in a row.
