I have a Cadillac CTS 2004 and I was wondering if wheels with these criteria would fit>? thanks

Wheel Specifications

Model - 445

Size - 22 x 8.5

Bolt Pattern - 5 x 115

Offset - +35

Centerbore For Fitment - 73.1mm

Can Some one also explain what these means 265/35/22 when you see it on a tire or 22x8.5>?
