I have a cold sore/herpes on my mouth? If I touch my penis will I get genital herpes?

I am only 16 and am really annoyed as to how I have oral herpes considering I have engaged in no sexual acts with another person in all my life. Please help, oral herpes is touch enough, the last thing I want is blisters on my balls!
