My mice have two seperate bowls; one for oats, one for mice mix, which has seeds, grass and all that stuff in it. I don't think there are sunflower seeds. But one of my mice is getting really fat.. I was wondering whether it was the oats or the mix that could be doing that. It is not lack of exercise because she gets to run around my room every day or two under my supervision. But i never met the mother so I was wondering if maybe it was genetic?
