Whenever my mobile (cell) phone rings, I get really scared (especially if it is an unknown caller), because i'm scared that I will get a threat, or get humiliated, or embarrassed somehow. Same goes with a text message. I am avoiding my phone now, I don't even want it in my own bedroom anymore, even if it is off.
I also have a similar fear of social networking sites. The other day I had to deactivate my facebook because I was scared of the same thing. It was hard for me to even log into facebook to deactivate it. It's so awful, and I just want to get over it. Whats this fear called?
