attract the girls ...? He is nice looking, has a good personality, is kind of on the quiet side and is very sweet. He is super loyal, doesn't drink or smoke and has good moral standards...

He complains that guys that aren't even good looking will get girls he would like to date and kind figure out why girls aren't attracted to him.

What attracts the girls to certain guys and why do some guys have all the luck?

This probably more a question for the guys, since I don't see anything wrong with him. He just has a hard time finding a girl.

Confidence and fun...generally called outgoing personalities. Without it a man will never find a gf. Or rarely will.
