my friend has been smoking marijuana and cigarettes her entire pregnancy. I asked her if her doctor knows and she told me no. but not telling the doctor could that harm her and the baby. or when the baby is born will they take her child away. her doctor says everything is healthy so far. I think she is like 32 or 34 weeks.
