I have a hot dog cart and have been selling hot dogs for about half a year. My question is I am taking calls for partys open houses graduation partys things like that. I serve all beef regular and jumbo dogs chips and soda. What do I charge and what about a minum number guarantee

You could just charge a fixed price. Just figure up your costs, your time and how much you want as a profit margin. If people don't want to pay it then go down a little, but not to the point where you aren't making money. If they do pay it then be happy.
