what would be better for me? rainbow sherbet or regular ice cream?? and why? thanks.
 
Rainbow sherbert! It puts more color in your life and brightens up ur day, lol!
 
Better for you in what way? Regular ice cream would contain more protein, calcium and vitamins than sherbet, but the sherbet would have less fat and calories.
