someone explain the "joke".? The picture is of two men under an awning. One with sunglasses, short sleeves and hat. The other one is the one speaking the caption "I lacked oversight" - he has a long sleeve jacket and hat. I just don't get it. I would write the cartoonist but he passed away recently. It's driving me crazy cause I just don't "get" it.
