I have a motorola Micro SD adapter with my phone but I don't have an sd slot?

I just got a new Razr phone and it came with this micro sd adapter except I don't have a slot for it in my computer. I'm trying to find out if there's anything out there I could buy to allow me to use this thing in my computer. I'm trying to avoid websites like mobile17.com because they're recordings are pretty grainy and bad.
