I have a Motorola Razor phone, and its' doing something strange.?

It said low battery, so I put it on the charger. Now it just says battery charging, but has no other indications. It won't show me phone numbers or signal strenth or anything. I tried removing the battery and replacing it, hoping it would reset. But, it's still the same. Anyone know what I can do to fix it? Thanks much.
What do you mean? Are they bad? I've never had a problem before. Any suggestions?

being as its a motorola razr, that is probably the only reason why it is doing it.
